Barbas Hats New Drop Coming Soon

What’s up, everyone — Saul here (yeah, Mr. Barbas himself).

I’ve been quiet on the site and on socials for a bit, and I know some of you have noticed. I’m not gonna leave you hanging any longer — I’m working on something new, and I wanted to come here myself and tell you about it directly instead of dropping some random teaser and disappearing again.

Here’s What’s Coming

I’m planning to launch a brand-new cap collection sometime between the end of August and mid-September. I don’t have an exact date locked in yet — my team and I are still finishing up a few final details — but I didn’t want to wait until the last second to say something. You deserve to know it’s coming.

This drop isn’t going to be huge. I’m keeping it to 4 or 5 new designs, and that’s on purpose. If you’ve been around Barbas Hats for a while, you already know I don’t do mass drops. I never have. Every hat I’ve put out — from the gold-plated Chrome pieces to the CT collabs — came out in small batches because that’s genuinely how I like to work.

Why I Keep It Small

I get asked sometimes why I don’t just produce more units so nobody misses out. Honestly? It’s because I still care about every single detail on every single hat. The 3D embroidery, the gold and chrome finishing, the quality control — I’m not willing to rush any of that just to push more volume. If I scaled this up the way a lot of brands do, I’d lose the thing that actually makes Barbas Hats worth wearing.

So yeah, stock is going to be limited. That’s not a gimmick, that’s just what happens when I refuse to cut corners. Once this drop goes live on Barbashat.shop, it’s first-come, first-served. Based on how past drops have gone, I wouldn’t wait around if there’s a design you have your eye on.

Me and My Team Are Actually in the Trenches on This One

I want to be upfront — this isn’t me approving stuff from a distance while someone else does the work. I’m personally involved in picking the finishes, reviewing embroidery samples, and deciding which designs actually make it into this drop. My team’s been heads-down for weeks getting everything production-ready, and I’m right there with them.

This brand started as a small, hands-on hustle, and honestly, that hasn’t changed even as it’s grown. I’m not interested in running this like some corporate headwear line. I built this out of real street culture, and I’m still the one making the calls on what goes out under the Barbas name.

What I Need You to Do

If you’ve been checking the site and thinking “nothing new right now” — that’s about to change, so keep an eye on Barbashat.shop over the next few weeks. I usually don’t give a long hype countdown before I drop something, so I’d rather you hear it from me now than miss it later.

A few things I’d genuinely suggest:

  • Check the site directly instead of just waiting on social media — stock updates go up there first.
  • If there’s a design you’ve wanted for a while, don’t sit on it once the drop goes live. Past drops have moved fast.
  • Follow me on Instagram, X, and YouTube — I might drop a preview or two before the official launch.

Last Thing

This isn’t some big corporate product launch. It’s me, my team, and 4 or 5 hats I actually care about, dropping sometime between late August and mid-September. I’ll post the real dates and designs right here on Barbashat.shop as soon as everything’s locked in.

Appreciate every single one of you who’s stuck around. This one’s for you.

— Saul (Mr. Barbas)
